No-Lo consumption is forecast to increase by over 31% from 2021-2024, so now's the time to enter this fast growing sector.
This system uses spinning cone technology to remove flavours/aromas from wine. Flavour reduced wine undergoes a second pass, whereby alcohol is quickly and gently removed. Extracted aromas are expertly returned to the de-alcoholised wine prior to refinement.
